AI‑Generated Outputs: You own the AI‑generated outputs created for your business use. However, AUA Media retains limited rights to use anonymized examples of AI outputs for portfolio, demonstration, or internal training purposes — never disclosing identifying client data.

9. AI and Automation Disclaimers

AI outputs are probabilistic and may not always be accurate, current, or factual.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI‑generated or automated communications before use.

AUA Media does not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversions, or financial results from AI systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

AUA Media and its affiliates, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AUA Media in the preceding 12 months.

Reverse‑engineer or resell AUA Media’s AI systems, APIs, or workflows.

Exceed reasonable usage limits that affect system performance or stability.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
